– Monitoring site progress & QA/QC workflow in comparing with baseline schedule.
– Preparing & modifying (Revising & recovering) the project baseline schedule to

Duties:
– Preparing & modifying (Revising & recovering) the project baseline schedule.
– Monitoring & controlling the progress of actual works at the project site &
comparing it with the schedule.
– Recording the delaying events that will used in the future claims.
– Controlling the engineering & procurement process.
– Responsible of 15+ subcontractors progress & contractual issues.
– Preparing Daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports including progress & time
analysis, resources control, financial reporting, QA/QC management,
procurement monitoring, outstanding issues, engineering & design progress, and
