…● Plan and schedule maintenance for facilities based in the U.S.
…● Manage a team of technicians and housekeepers based in the U.S.
…● Develop business and improve KPIs
…● Manage customer relationship through CRM tool systems
…● Coordinate with Construction, Accounting, Marketing, and Assets Departments
…● Present financial and technical reports weekly basis for the U.S. team
…● Write daily reports to the Facility Manager (FM)

…● Organize project schedules and set timelines for different stages of work
…● Manage projects during design, installation, testing, and commissioning
…● Supervise installations of LPG tanks, piping, valves, safety systems, and boilers
…● Submit necessary plans and documents to obtain approval for the LPG systems
…● Coordinate projects with Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse Departments
…● Assure all safety requirements are met on worksites including PPEs
…● Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings, P&ID, and technical drawings
…● Prepare BOMs, BOQs, financial, and technical projects reports
