Key Responsibilities
1.1 Monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete records of work execution.
1.2 Identify non-conforming work or materials, notify contractor, and keep a record. Follow up
corrective and preventive measures taken by the contractor.
1.3 Review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for execution of the
works. Also, Review shop drawings and technical submittals, calculations, RFIs, …etc.
1.4 Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor submissions, shop
drawings, material submittals and construction related matters.
1.5 Lead weekly meetings with the project managers, QC engineers and technical engineers to
resolve site quality issues.
1.6 Supervise MEP activities to follow local authorities regulations and standards where
appropriate to the project to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.
1.7 Coordination between MEP systems, architectural and structural drawings.
1.8 Proposing solutions to complex site execution challenges related to mechanical systems.
1.9 Proposing solutions to client changes and requested requirements during project execution.
1.10 Review contractor’s claims and providing input to commercial team to manage the project cost.

Key Responsibilities
2.1 Work with a team of skilled engineers, designers, procurement and construction specialists,
contractors, vendors, and other project support staff / stakeholders.
2.2 Coordinate project resources and project activities to meet project requirements.
2.3 Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors / vendors to ensure cost effective, safe and timely
completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations.
2.4 Manage technical interfaces both internally and externally, coordinate engineering resources
and engineering outputs to meet project requirements.
2.5 Prime interface with client and other shareholders. Also, check plans of the work and site
facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
2.6 Day-to-day management of project on behalf of project manager.
2.7 Resolve engineering and project problems and issues, and take necessary actions, keeping
project management Team informed. If necessary, elevate issues to the project manager or
engineering manager with relevant information and a recommendation.

3.1 Manage and arrange engineering materials, ensuring that all materials used, and work perform as
per specifications.
3.2 Review price for materials, make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
3.3 Manage budgets & maintain statistical and financial records.
3.4 Conformance of technical information corresponding with specifications and shop drawings check
plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
