Description: The project consists of:
– Main building consists of 7 floors with total area about 8,500 square meters.
– Public and touristic transportation yard
– Rehabilitation of existing historical tunnel with total length of 54 linear meters
– Soil stabilization systems for the project surrounding borders and tunnel exit walls using shoring systems include deep piles, post-tensioning soil anchors, soil nailing and shotcrete

Description: The school consists of five floors, with a total approximate area of 4151 square meter. In addition to external site works (landscaping, car parking, Exercise Area, Guard House, Assembly Area, KG outdoor play area).

Projects: Several projects in Arab Potash Company and Al Shoubak / Maan
Description: The executed projects are about buildings construction, landscape and general finishing in Arab Potash Company. As for Al Shoubak , the project consists of box culverts construction, water networks and soil stabilization such as Riprap and Gabions.

Projects: Several projects in Arab Potash Company, Al Zarqa and Al Azraq
Description: the executed projects are:
– Arab Potash Company: Demolishing of steel/concrete hanger used as electrical station with total area about 300 square meter, general finishing for administration building with 1000 square meter and soil stabilization such as Riprap
– Administration Building rehabilitation (waterproofing, flooring, masonry work, plastering, tiling, paints, roof system … etc) in Al Zarqa as a sub-contractor with Al Masar Company. The building is about 500 square meter contains maintenance work shop
– Construction of maintenance workshop consists of two floors with total area about 1400 square meter and maintenance ramps in Al Azraq as a sub-contractor with Teejan Company in the military camp and training complex

Project: Al Mushairfah and Thatras Schools construction project / Ministry of Education and Arwa Bint Abdelmutalib Rehabilitation project
Description: The project is about construction of two schools with total and strengthening/ complete rehabilitation work of one school as below:
Mushairfah School: The school consists of two floors, with a total area of 1500 square meter. In addition to external site works (landscaping, car parking, Guard room, retaining walls and play area)
That Ras School: The school consists of three floors, with a total area of 2700 square meter. In addition to external site works (landscaping, car parking, Guard room, retaining walls and play area)
Arwa Abd Mutalib School: The school consists of two floors, with a total area of 1800 square meter. The project is about concrete strengthening using section enlargement for foundations, columns and beams and expansion joints repair. In addition, a complete rehabilitation works for the building.

Project Value: 3.5 Million JD

Duties and responsibilities:
– Managing projects of structural strengthening and concrete repair
– Review and approvals of all reports and submittals
– Provide the required technical information and support to clients and staff
– Provide training for the engineers and specialist about the services and technologies
– Preparation of training/technical materials such as brochures, flyers, method statements, presentations and training manual
– Research and Development to improve the business, services and introducing new technologies
– Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
– Preparing evaluation reports for the staff, tools, services, vendors and clients
