– Main Duties:
1. Running The Organization Engineering Department to achieve maximum production,
General Goals & Targets with a continuous timely scheduled process in terms of:
– Building & maintaining a professional & business network.
– Achieving Annual Sales Targets & Awarded Contracts.
– Submitted Quotations.
– Finalized Engineered Jobs released to detailing Department.
– Development & Enhancement methods related to Organization Strategic planning &
General Goals.
2. Prepare & approve final estimations & pricing, by making full structural design of the
buildings or structures to get the required quantities & produce the material take offs, cost
break downs and selling unit rates.
3. Monitor, train, follow up, review & checking works output of the Engineering team of
the department.
4. Assign & distribute configured/scheduled tasks to Engineering team after a preliminary
review of the project.
5. Providing full technical support, laying out conceptual starting key points, schedule
planning and supervising all assigned tasks of Design & Estimating Engineers
“Engineering team”.
6. Approve technical, commercial proposals & Proposal drawings “Pre-Approval
drawings”.
7. Negotiating and Closing deals.
8. Prepare & Approve final Project Contracts with all necessary contractual schedules,
special conditions & documentation.
9. Prepare & Approve Final Structural Design of awarded contracts and reviewing/checking
Engineering team design works output.
10. Release Approved final design guide drawings to Detailing Department.
11. Continuous Structural engineering Software reviews, follow up and develop current
Department softwares as well as finding new applications for enhancing work flow &
getting more optimized aligned results.
12. Projects Categories include: Structural Steel Industrial Projects (SS), EPC projects,
Marine structural Projects, Pre-engineered Buildings, (PEB) and Light Gauge Cold
Formed Housing systems (LGS).
13. Performing Full Structural Design for Special, Architecturally Involved & Very
complicated projects such as (Wide span Aircraft Hangars, Special Mill Buildings
with huge Cranes, Structural Steel Buildings with space trusses, Multi story
buildings, Power plants, Pipe racks, Cold stores PEB warhorses & very complex
PEB Industrial Buildings).

– Main Duties:
1. Preparing general strategic sales plans & setting up general annual sales targets.
2. Preparing sheets and schedules of sales order processing & department activities work
flow.
3. Building & maintaining a professional & business network for prospected market
investments and projects.
4. Collecting all the necessary information regarding new and prospected projects
(Pre-engineered (PEB) ,Structural Steel Projects & EPC projects/Contractors).
5. Held Meeting with clients, attend pre-bid meetings, understanding project requirements,
gathering all the necessary data, study tenders’ specifications & documentation, analyzing
projects blueprints “structural & architectural” drawings, evaluating the complexity of the
work and ability of fabrication,
6. Applying knowledge of construction techniques, principles and processes to estimate labor
and material needs.
7. Consult with subcontractors and vendors to formulate cost estimates and resolve issues.
8. Prepare final estimations & pricing, by making full structural design of the buildings or
structures to get the required quantities & produce the material take offs and selling unit
rates.

10. Prepare full technical, commercial proposals & Proposal drawings “Pre-Approval

conditions & documentation.

16. Perform Full Structural Design for certain special & complicated projects (Pre-engineered
(PEB) & Structural Steel Industrial Projects) that are assigned directly from
Management.

– Main Duties:
1. Develop and study new products that can be efficient for the company such as new building
systems and new structural components systems.
2. Follow up and develop current softwares and study different engineering softwares to find
the suitable applications in the company.
3. Involved in marketing and sales for enhancing the technical sales rules and the
implementations of the technical skills in the sales process.
4. Making feasibility studies and comparisons to select the optimum building solutions and
modules.
5. Develop new company brochures and catalogs that precisely describe the company activities
and products.
6. Preparing and updating the Company Technical Manuals for different Products.
7. To develop current design and estimations procedure.
8. Perform full structural Design for certain special projects (Pre-engineered (PEB) &
Structural Steel Projects) that are assigned directly from Management.

Main Duties:
1. Assisting the engineering manager running the department duties.
2. Being in charge of engineering manager duties when ever it’s required.
3. Supervising design engineers, manage the groups, provide technical assistant, checking and
reviewing designs & estimates.
4. Doing comprehensive design courses for new engineers to make them able starting doing their
tasks.
5. Responsible for training all the engineers on the company design software (MBS-Metal
Building Software), and to get the engineers fully understand all the applications of the
program and fully utilize it in the design, estimating & detailing of pre-engineered steel projects.
6. Responsible for MBS (Metal Building Software) installation, application & development: this
include checking & validating the software, study & fully understand all the program
enhancements, prepare all the new features to be functional, prepare and review all the design
and detailing parameters within the database files to match company standards, running
different examples to get the optimum design procedures for different building conditions,
communicate with the MBS developer to analyze and resolve all the situations under
consideration and provide him with all the necessary technical feedback.
7. Design Special & complex Pre-Engineered (PEB) & Structural Steel projects.
8. Prepare suggestions and plans towards the optimizations & improvement of the work procedures
in the engineering department.

Main Duties:
1. Design of Structural Steel and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEB).
2. Design of Civil works & foundations of Structural Steel and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
3. Estimating, making material take-off and Pricing of Structural Steel and Pre-Engineered Metal
Building Projects.
4. Estimating, making material take-off and Pricing of Civil works & foundations of Structural
Steel and Pre-Engineered Metal Building Projects.
5. Preparing the technical proposals, contracts and drawings of Structural Steel and Pre-Engineered
Metal Building projects.
6. Study Tenders, projects specifications and Bill of Material to establish all necessary breakdowns
and unit rates.
7. Responsible for MBS (Metal Building Software) development: this include checking &
validating the software, study all the program enhancements and prepare all the new features to
be functional, prepare and review all the design and detailing parameters to match company
standards, provide all the necessary technical feedback to the developer.
8. Representing the Company in exhibitions, conferences and special committees.
9. Being a sales representative for the company whenever it’s required by performing indoors
and outdoors sales activities. This includes meeting with the client to give a good idea about the
product and convincing him with the feasibility and quality of the product (PEB system and
Structural Steel Buildings), get all the necessary data to commence designing and pricing a
cretin project, be in touch with the client providing him with the necessary feedback until
signing the contract. Also, traveling abroad to market the products and introducing the company
to different industrial and constructional sectors.
10. Projects include Aircraft Hangars, Sports Halls, Rolling Mills Buildings, Industrial Steel
Buildings with Cranes, pedestrian Bridges, Steel Tanks, Steel Shades, Special shape Malls,
Mobile roof systems, Low- Rise Multi-Story Steel Buildings, Prefab buildings & Structural
Steel Pipe racks.

Main Duties:
1. Design and detail of Structural Steel Buildings.
2. Design and detail of Reinforced Concrete Buildings.
3. Checking Consultants and Contractors works (Submittals, Calculations & Drawings) and
following up those projects and giving final approvals.
4. Held meetings with the users and the persons involved to ensure the work is complying with the
requirements.
5. Responsible for a workstation consisting of one engineer plus three draftsmen. This includes
reviewing works, coordinating between draftsmen and evaluating them.
6. Making job-site visits to evaluate and study certain structural and /or design issues of existing
buildings or undergoing projects. And preparing structural study reports and recommendations.
7. Responsible for structural software checking, development and providing technical feedback to
the developer.
8. Participating in Preliminary & Final approval committees for certain projects.
9. Projects include Steel Hangars, Steel Spectators Galleries, Workshops with cranes, Shades,
Residential Buildings, Offices, Mosques, Retaining Structures, Pre-cast buildings, K-span
buildings and Stores. They are also including special facilities like Aircraft Hangars,
Jumping Towers, Parachute Training facilities and ammunition stores.
