Preparing detailed bill of Quantities.
Studying Technical and Material Submittals. Assessing the worth and potential risks of projects.
Prepare payments for the projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, co-workers and clients to follow up their works.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring it meets legal and health and safety requirements.

Preparing and writing technical reports and achievement reports as needed .
Studying executive drawings which submitted by the contractor and issuing notes and /or approving them.
Ensuring that contractor commitment to the design drawings and monitoring the proper execution of the work quantities and technical specifications.
Ensuring that the works in site are in conformity with approved drawings.
Inspect and follow up the insulation and wooden works on the walls and roofs and make sure that the contractor has followed the specifications.
Documentation of all visits to the site, including the minutes of the meeting.
Inspect the formwork and reinforcement works for the structural elements and give approval for cast concrete.
Inspect the delivered materials in the site and make sure they are complying with approved materials .
Quantity surveying, checking invoices which submitted by the contractor, and issuing payment certificates.
