 Assure Full compliance with procurement policy and SOPs when
performing Procurement Works.
 Source and qualified potential suppliers for various goods & services
needed for the company.
 Register and qualify potential suppliers per relevant SOPs through
procurement software (ASP ARIBA)
 Complete procurement cycle from procurement requisition till goods
or service delivery to the project per procurement policy and SOPs,
including clarification, required internal approvals, quotation
evaluation, negotiation with suppliers and contract awarding.
 Lead and organize suppliers’ quotation or bidding proposals evaluation
to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial
specifications required for the company, and to prepare evaluation
report accordingly per SOPs.
 Prepare contracts for various procurement per available contract
template.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve any
issue related to supply, quality, service, and invoicing if any.
 Maintain and archive the documents properly in the shared drive and
filling system.
