Lead a team for Inspect the equipment, facilities and any other aspect of an engineering
project to ensure that it has been designed and installed correctly.
Lead projects, including RO seawater desalination, pump and lifting stations,
wastewater treatment plants, and the entire RAS ALKhair network piping. Ensure the
inclusion of all subsystems, such as MV/LV switchgear, IC looping, calibration, and
SCADA integration, following the IFC drawing & RC Standard design.
Leading RCA, PHA, RA and ability to establish PM schedules / procedures / inspection
reports.
Lead the Operation maintenance activity during the warranty period for below system
(Lagoons with Air floatation, Aerators, SST, Blowers, Tertiary Filtration, Sludge
thickening, Sludge digestion and disinfection.
Develop and implement SOP, Annual CAPEX/OPEX Budget Presentation of monthly,
quarterly, and annual O&M reports, budget review and staffing report.

Project Commissioning Engineer
Oversee the commissioning and installation of various equipment, systems, and facilities.

Successfully replaced an air blower with a capacity of 31,500 m³/hr., incorporating a new
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
Oversaw the commissioning process for the potable and wastewater network piping at the
RAS Al-Khari facility.
Commissioning of RAS Al-Khari Seawater Cooling Pumping Station, with a capacity of 45
m³/hr.
Commissioning of RAS Al-Khari Sanitary Waste Treatment Plant which handles a capacity of
200,000 m³/day.
Commissioning of Jubail MV/LV Switchgear: medium-voltage (35.6 kV) and low-voltage
(4.16 kV and 480 V).
Commissioning of RAS Al-Khari Sanitary Lift Station Plant, handling 55,000 m³/day.
DIO Qualification for RO Modification at Baxter Pharmaceutical Plant: Conducted
qualification activities related to Reverse Osmosis (RO) modifications at the Baxter
pharmaceutical plant.
Operation & Maintenance Leader
As an operations and maintenance team leader, I have overseen critical aspects of
electrical transmission and distribution systems. My responsibilities included testing,
monitoring, installation, and troubleshooting of various equipment, utilities, energy
storage systems, control systems, and substations.
