My role is to lead the design process from the early
stages to develop and execute projects’ functions and
design concepts, in parallel with leading the
coordination and the correspondences with all
stockholders, engineering disciplines and related
authorities, to meet projects’ requirements within
deadlines. This role includes the following;
Mutual understanding to the clients’ requirements in
terms of project’s challenges, scope, duration, budget
and other constraints.
Coordinating with the medical planners to translate the
client’s requirements into a functional space program,
stacking plans and conceptual layouts.

Developing the life safety strategies in coordination the
life safety specialist.
Developing Architectural massing, themes and façade
design.
Technical design coordination to meet codes and
regulations. (NFPA, ADA, IBC, FGI, and other local and
regional regulations such as Municipalities and related
ministries…)
Preparing and facilitating workshops, meetings and
correspondence with the different stockholders.
Building the workflows and strategies with the available
resources to deliver project requirements, using BIM
workflows according to the global standards and the
project goals in coordination with the BIM manager.

Leading the coordination with the different engineering
specialties using BIM modeling.
Contacting and coordination with quantity surveyors,
spec writers and suppliers to issue a well consolidated
tender package.
Leading the Architectural design developments and
detailing including the issuance of fully detailed
Masterplans, floor plans, facades, sections etc.
