Duties & responsibilities:
Manage and Lead Installation, Testing & Commissioning activities of MEP system.
Review design and shop drawing with accordance of standard codes.
Approve all projects documents: Material submittal, Method of statement, Change requests
and T&C report, In addition proceed with inspection request related to site or materials.
Detailed understanding and experience of Planning, Budgeting, Execution, Procurement
and cost control.
Ability to manage MEP subcontractors with close monitoring of progress and approving the
monthly payments based on material delivered and works executed.
Effectively manages projects to achieve strategic goal with in the specified time frame.
Monitor and Control BMS & fire alarm team for interface activities with other MEP systems.
Assists in the Development of Commissioning Plans.
Develops Electrical System’s Testing & Commissioning Method of Statements.
Develops Testing & Commissioning Procedures
Assists in the Engineering Design Reviews.
Interacts with the Contractor, Interprets Design and Specifications.
Deals with Consultant and Client, tries to resolves problems within the Scope of the Design.
Conducts Site Observation Surveys and Prepares Field Reports on the Status of Projects and
Completion of Projects with Respect to Compliance to the Plans and Specifications.
Prepares Punch List Reports and Determines Corrective Measures for on-site Problems.
Dealing of commissioning and management of MEP systems.
Dealing of testing for electrical systems Megger, earthing, loop impedance, generators,
transformers, electrical panels and lighting lux, handling over completed work to consultant
team.
