Leading the procurement and purchasing process of needed and required technical equipment
to perform industrial processes (spare Parts, tools, and Miscellaneous)
collaborating with departments to identify needed equipment to complete routine
maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and system improvements.
Looking for vendors of this equipment, ordering it, negotiating purchase agreements
(quotation and contract).
Monitoring the annual budget and distributing it concluding corporate contracts and
following up on overseas purchases with the shipping and customs clearance process.
Duty & Responsibility:
 Get Quotation Offers from local and overseas suppliers.
 Negotiation quotations and contracts with suppliers such as payment terms, delivery terms
Warranty, and after-sales service.
 Work with Incoterms 2010 & 2020, when the responsibility moved from sealer to the buyer.
 Conduct local purchases, responsible for PO creation and placement, and cross-check these
with supply requests and orders.
 Make an Inspection Report after receiving the goods and material, check all the
specifications, Part Numbers, and Quantity and confirm to release the payment after
confirming the invoice.
 Make Budget Monitoring for each team by end of each quarter, to calculate consumed and
remaining.

 Systemized the works by using EBMS System (similar to SAB) to monitor and managed
warehouse stock.
 Follow up and track all the shipments from out of Jordan to our plant, with all custom

KOREAN ELECTRIC POWER COOPERATION (KEPCO) Working as an Electrical Engineer in
the Maintenance department of the world’s largest tri-fuel engine power plant (IPP3, Amman), with
an installed capacity of 573MW produced by 38 Generators. my responsibility is to build the plans
and procedures in addition to performing the Preventive and needed maintenance for the plant
equipment; Generators (15.7kV, 15.4MW), Transformers (130MVA 400kV/15kV), Switchgears
(MV – 15kV,3200A (ABB)| LV-400V, 5000A (Schneider), Testing Protection Devices, Motors,
VFD’s, UPS&DC, and Fire Alarm/Fighting systems (Addressable/Conventional).
Duty & Responsibility:
 Follow up on daily electrical faults and trouble to perform the necessary maintenance works to return the
equipment to normal working condition.
 Prepare maintenance plan including the equipment, tools, and manpower we need to perform the preventive
maintenance schedule of major equipment on time such as generators, power transformers, and motors to
make sure it works normally.
 Analyzing operation conditions of some systems that face repeated trouble by making plans to improve or
replace them to reduce the failure of drawing systems.
 Supervising, monitoring, and preparing the necessary plans to follow up on the maintenance and
improvement work carried out by the foreign companies inside the station.
 Following insulation works, required for maintenance and analyses drawing to isolate trip and shutdown
signal when we need.
 Following procurement works for the necessary equipment and tools of the department through the local
and overseas market, according to the specifications and suitable standards.
 Preparing annual budget plan, procurement plans, purchase orders, and receipt requests.
 Preparing and giving weekly training in safety.
