Job Description:
 Estimating New Tenders and study all aspects of new projects.
 Set projects budgets and keep tracking of costs.
 Management and control of cash flow forecasting.
 Responsible of Project Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis.
 Responsible of Invoicing and Tracking of projects.
 Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages.
 Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for
each project stage.
 Preparing work breakdown structure to track coasts, Organize of work, access to
completion rates, and References.
 Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
 Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
 Collaborating with Quality Engineer, surveyors, Site engineers, site worker and other
professionals
 Technical Department, Study all technical drawings, documents, BOQ and any revisions
thereon.
 Produce visual presentations, using bar charts and graphs to explain work schedules.

Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for
each project stage.
 Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages.
 Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies
accordingly.
 Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
 Making estimations for timescales.
 Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
 Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
 Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
 Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other
professionals
 Organizing the transportation of materials.
 Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.
 Proficiency in MS Office.

Preparing MTO sheet, welding log, marking P&ID, method of statements etc.
 Technical Department, Study all technical drawings, documents and any revisions
thereon.
 Coordinating Materials delivery and dispatch to site as per drawing.
 Creating a storage system for inventory that’s orderly and accessible and includes
identifying information.
 Review and submittal of Daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports.
 Monitor and log daily production sheet.
 Managing and following up all mechanical work carried out in the project.
 Coordinate with quality team to ensure that quality control is properly carried out and
record to satisfy the client.
 Prepare & Close of Punch list items.
 Dealt with Portable water sys, Gaseous sys, F.F sys, Chemicals sys, ASME B31.1, B31.3,
B31.9, ASME III
 Estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
 Work closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure a project runs on
schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
