Duties & Responsibilities:
 Contract administration with respect to planning and project controlling issues.
 Responsible for projects planning and scheduling throughout the whole life cycle of the project , from tendering stage to closing and handing over stage.
 Project’s control management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control.
 Monitoring and controlling project performance with respect to contractual requirements.
 Recommending actions to the management with respect to project performance.
 Monitoring the performance of suppliers and subcontractors on a regular basis and reporting on the same.
 Preparation of Time Impact analysis and Extension of Time Detailed Claims with all detailed entitlement and Contractual assessment.
 Preparation of associated cost claims with all related supporting documents.
 Preparation of a cause and effect detailed analysis
 Preparation of Contractual correspondence and delay notices.
 Construction contracts review for projects in tendering stage, and reporting risk clauses to the Company’s top management.
 Determining the best appropriate execution sequence of works according to the project characteristics and requirements.
 Determining Execution Strategy and discussing with the project management execution approaches and general plan.
 Preparation and submission of technical proposals and method statements during the Tendering Stage.

 Saraya Aqaba, Jordan
 Al-Salt Technical College, Jordan

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Preparation and follow-up on Programme of works, starting with bid or Master schedules to detailed work schedules.
 Preparation of tender documents including; method statement and master schedule.
 Preparation and follow-up of monthly updates and monthly reports
 Maintain weekly reports and presentations for progress of works.
 Analysis of actual time spent, costs incurred and actual productivity achieved
 Inspection of records and delay notices.
 Ascertaining the adequacy of the planned programme and correcting as necessary
 Analysis of the revised/updated schedules and reasons for changes
 Developing recovery plans to meet the projects requirements.
 Loading schedules with the budgeted cost, and resources.

Project:
“King Abdullah Project for Developing Ministry of Interior- East Provence Area”KAP-1

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Managed ten sites in Dammam zone, with total budget of 100 Million SAR
 Managing all aspects of execution, monitoring, and controlling work progress in sites on a day-to-day basis.
 Ensuring proper execution of all site activities as per Contract Documents and in the most economical ways.
 Leading a team of junior engineers, foremen, surveyors, and quantity surveyors.
 Ensuring compliance of subcontractors with the contractual requirements.
 Representing the company in meetings, with client’s and subcontractor’s representatives.

 New Crane Beam Civil Infrastructure Works, AQABA Container Terminal

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Managing work on site by directing team of foremen and technicians, and closely monitoring the site labors, plants and equipments.
 Monitoring and checking work on site to ensure adherence with quality and schedule.
 Resolving site technical issues.
 Dealing with consultant representatives, and hand-over of the checked work.
 Performing Quantity Surveying for executed Civil Works and submitting it for approval.
 Preparing workshop drawings using AutoCAD program along with inspection requests and method of statements.

Project:
Project of Sewerage network in South Amman region”.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Managing work on site by directing team of foremen and technicians, and closely monitoring the site labors, plants and equipments.
 Monitoring and checking work on site to ensure adherence with quality and schedule.
 Resolving site technical issues.
 Dealing with consultant representatives, and hand-over of the checked work.
 Performing Quantity Surveying for executed Civil Works and submitting it for approval.
 Preparing of Workshop drawings using AutoCAD program along with inspection requests and method of statements.
 Reporting to the construction manager with daily progress reports and the next day’s schedule.
 Overseeing safety matters on site, and ensuring adherence with safety regulations.
