Monitor strictly the Contractor Procurement Schedule.
– Managing all subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality control, cost control and adhesion to agreed schedule.
– Reviewing and managing the contractor’s progress and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis.
– Developing the programmers of work and strategy for making the project happen.

Rehabilitation of the Infrastructure of the Wastern Residential Area
in the Industrial City 2 of Riyadh/ Infrastructure Network for storm water & Road Work for residential Area.                                                                                                                            Duties & Responsibility:
– Implements the contractual scope of work and ensures implementation of the change orders system with client.
– Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.
– Assigning tasks and tracking action items to ensure quality control and effectively constructing, commissioning and to closing out projects on time.
– Reviewing and managing the sub-contractor’s progress and preparing progress reports on a weekly basis.
– Developing and Implementing site specific project safety plan and to manage projects with a safe work environment in which there are no lost time accidents.
– Ensure IFC drawings and latest control documents are on site andkept up to date.

– Conduct daily production planning brief prior to commencing work to discuss and ensure the daily production requirements & work constraints.
– Effectively managed and facilitated the project on-time, on-budget and high-quality standard.
– Managing all contractors and vendors to ensure quality control, cost control and adhesion to agreed schedule.
– Prepare and implement the necessary C.M.S and ensure that subordinates all are informed and aware of their requirements.
