 Execute and release purchase requisitions identifying the material, quantity
and date required to meet forecasted customer demand.

and production to expedite the movement of parts using move orders,
stock transfers, and creating shippers

 Apply a Wide Range of Lean, Six Sigma and Industrial Engineering Methods

 Develop, Train and Sustain Employees on Lean Concepts
 Continuously improving efficiency and minimizing cost.

Receiving and analyzing sales order, and covert sales order into
material Purchasing plan.
 Determines the time and quantity of the material that needs to be
ordered, Based on consumption variable and target stock level
requirement.
 Monitor movement of the material to prevent dead stock and
Communicate for a solution.
 Avoid any zero stock situation.
 Calculate MRP Material Requirement Planning use excel and advance
Supply chain planner.
 Prepare PR purchase Request depend on MRP.
 Monitor&follow up production orders to ensure they will be finished
and delivered on time.
 Prepare BMR&BPR Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch
packaging Record in ERP12.
 Prepare Code and Formula and Recipes in ERP12.

Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
