Responsible for:
• Planning and managing yard operations and supervising its daily activities, in addition to inventory management
and shipping requirements
• Planning & management of all activities involved in sourcing & logistics management; ordering.
• Reviewing inventory reports and monitoring available equipment and maintain proper records.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing vehicles according to the safety regulations and recording the required
information accordingly
• Maintaining timely and accurate records of received and issued vehicles in an inventory system that includes all
identifying information and updating those records as needed.
• Preparing a variety of periodical status reports and documents upon the request of Plant & Asset Manager.
• Tracking damages and discrepancies on stored and received equipment/vehicles if any and reporting them
accordingly
• Maintaining the yard and storing areas in a neat and orderly manner.
• Issuing equipment only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists

• Receiving and inspecting all incoming vehicles/equipment and matching with purchase orders; processes and
distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on
orders received.
• Developing periodic reports related to the activities of the unit.
• Recommending training aspects to subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of development and reflecting
them properly on work related requirements.
• Handling the manpower planning process as per the developed budgets and plans.
• Conducting performance management activities to subordinates and managing the process of ensuring
objectives are being met as advised.

Jordan School Expansion Project Phase 5/ Package 7

Responsible for:
• Mechanical Works For Five School In North Sites.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Supervising the installation work according to the plans approved by the engineering
consultancy company and handing it over to the consulting engineer.
• Apply the necessary checks for the work of mechanical systems .
• Handing over the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Education to these projects

• At Arab Potash Company/ Al Safi site, Site Engineer for Replacement of firefighting mainand
firefighting pumps for the hot leach plant.
Responsible for:
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Overseeing health & safety and quality control measures on the site.
• Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor
force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client.
• At Arab Potash Company/ Al Safi site, Quality Control for Gas Turbine project by Siemens (GT800), Supply and Installation Gas, Diesel, Instrument Air and Utility water lines, Supply and
Installation Pipe Rack for the Gas Turbine Project.
Responsible for:
•Providing Request for Inspection to Supervisors.
• Assign date for NDT that should done to all pipes and joints.

•Testing the Coating on the pipes.
•Entering the data for each pipe( weld number, joint number, date of joint, coating data,
NDT data,…ect)
•Check for Trench Digging levels.
• Following up the NDT test like (Holiday Test, Penetrate Test, Ultrasound Test, Radio
Graphic Test and Pull off Test …ect.)

• At Arab Potash Company / Al Safi site Maintenance Engineer for Five years contract with APC for
Replacement of firefighting main and firefighting pumps project.

• Supply chain manager in 4 functional departments: demand planning, materials management,

• Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and
handling; maintains labeling system on each stock item.
• Conducts weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon computer-monitored suggested
re-order listing.
• Responding to sales inquiries, filing reports, managing employees.
• Receives delivered supplies; confirms that delivered car parts match purchase order
specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc
